ABA Centers of Florida Unveils New Location for Its Treasure Coast Autism Care Center

PSL Opening

Larger Space Will Provide Even More Children with the Autism Care That They Need – Quickly

Today, ABA Centers of Florida hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony in Jensen Beach to unveil its newest Treasure Coast autism care center.

ABA Centers of Florida provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy services to children with autism through a play-based approach rooted in positive reinforcement. The organization was founded to disrupt the autism care industry by demolishing wait times traditionally experienced by those in search of a diagnosis or treatment. It’s common for families to be waitlisted from many months to several years to receive these services for their children, but ABA Centers of Florida typically has a child in service within 47 days from the time initial contact is made with the organization.

The original regional location for ABA Centers of Florida opened in Port Saint Lucie in 2022 and the organization realized it would quickly outgrow the space. This new Jensen Beach clinic offers an expansive 5,700 square feet for individualized autism therapy services to take place. The impressive, strategically designed space provides children with a vibrant, immersive, and engaging environment for worldclass clinicians to carry out the therapy lessons that will empower them in navigating life on the spectrum and teach them the tools to achieve a fulfilling future.

ABA Centers of Florida is already serving nearly 50 children throughout the Treasure Coast region and more than 300 kiddos throughout South and Central Florida. This new autism care center gives the organization the opportunity to provide help – and hope – to even more families during what can be a frustrating and vulnerable time.

“Five percent of children are diagnosed with autism here in Florida. That is higher than the national average and that is only representative of those that have been diagnosed – there are so many kiddos that don’t even have access to a diagnosis,” remarked Quatiba Davis, Chief Clinical Officer for ABA Centers. “Our organization aims to remove children off waitlists and get them that diagnosis and then treatment.”

“Whether we’re talking about physical health or behavioral health, a commonality that rings true throughout all aspects of healthcare is the need for more compassionate and more efficient care in our country,” stated Cynthia Shogreen, Assistant Chief Clinical Director at ABA Centers of Florida’s Jensen Beach clinic. “We are proud to say that ABA Centers of Florida usually has a kiddo receiving autism care within 47 days from the time that their family makes their first phone call to us.”

ABA Centers of Florida’s Jensen Beach autism care center is located at 4163 NW Federal Highway,

Jensen Beach, FL. More information about the organization, this new clinic, and its other locations throughout Florida can be found at www.abacentersfl.com.
